If you are looking for a large custom cutting board to give as a wedding gift, housewarming gift or family plaque, well this is it! Handmade from strips of the most amazing cherry wood, this cutting board is sturdy enough to stand the test of time yet will be easy on your knives.

This cutting board measures roughly 18 inches long, 12 inches high and 3/4 inch thick. Size may vary slightly after sanding. Both sides of this cutting board can be used for cutting so you can cut on the back side (pictured in last image) and leave the front perfect for display.

This large cutting board can also be used as a very sturdy serving tray or even hang it on the wall as a wall plaque. Large enough to be perfect for the grill master of the house.

This board can be personalized with any first names, last name and established date. Please provide the first names, last name and established date in the 'Notes to the Seller' section during checkout to expedite the process.

▶▶ THE PROCESS
All of our cutting boards start out from hand selected rough cut lumber that we mill to size, cut into strips and glue to the rough shape and size of the board using a food safe FDA approved and environmentally friendly wood glue. After the glue has dried over night, we plane to the proper width, cut to the proper size, router the edges and sand. After sanding, we sand some more. When is said and done, we oil the board with scentless, colorless, order-less and again, perfectly safe for consumption, Mineral Oil to condition the wood to make sure it lasts for a long long time.

All the wood is hand picked but varies from tree to tree. This means the grains of the wood and knots in the wood may be slightly different on your item. Your finished product may not look exactly like the one above but it will be unique and look amazing!
